Quick Tour of the Help Centre
Here's a breakdown of the key areas you'll find in the Help Centre:
The Search Bar
Located prominently at the top of the homepage, the search bar is the fastest way to find what you're looking for. Simply type in a keyword — such as a product name, error message, or topic — and the Help Centre will surface the most relevant articles.
| 💡 | Search Tip: Try searching for your product name (e.g. "GTLite", "F-GT Elite") combined with a keyword like "assembly" or "adjustment" for the most targeted results. |
📂 Categories & Sections
The Help Centre is organised into clearly labelled categories, each covering a key area of support. Typical categories include:
- Racing Products
- Flight Products
- Motion Products
- Haptic
- General
- Next Level Racing
- Support
Within each category, you'll find individual sections that group related articles together, making it easy to browse even if you're not sure exactly what you're searching for.
📄 Articles
Each article is written to be clear and actionable. Articles typically include step-by-step instructions, compatibility notes, diagrams, and links to related content. Where relevant, video guides may also be embedded.
At the bottom of each article, you'll find a feedback prompt — let us know if the article was helpful. Your feedback directly informs how we improve our support content.
🎫 Submit a Support Request
Can't find what you're looking for? You can submit a support ticket directly from the Help Centre. Click the Submit a Request link in the top navigation, fill in the correct form from the drop down with as much detail as possible, and our support team will get back to you.
👤 Your Account & Ticket History
If you've submitted a support request before, you can sign in to view your open and resolved tickets. This is useful for following up on an existing issue or checking the status of a return or warranty claim.
Click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the Help Centre to access your account.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of the Help Centre
| 1 | Start with Search Before browsing categories, try a quick search. It's often the fastest route to an answer. |
| 2 | Use Your Product Model Many articles are specific to a product model. Including the model name in your search returns much more targeted results. |
| 3 | Check Related Articles At the bottom of most articles, you'll find links to related content. These often cover follow-up questions or adjacent topics. |
| 4 | Leave Feedback If an article solved your problem (or didn't), use the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback option at the bottom. It helps us keep the content accurate and up to date. |
