This involves ensuring that the HFS file is installed in either the "C:\Program Files (x86)" folder or the "C:\Program Files" directory, depending on whether or not a 32-bit operating system is being utilized. This may help to resolve the issue, as some of our customers have had this fix work for them, and this can be completed by following the steps below:
- Locate the current HFS folder in (C:\Users\"Your Account Name"\AppData\Local\), right-click the folder and then select "Move" in the menu.
- Locate either the "C:\Program Files (x86)" folder or the "C:\Program Files" directory, and right-click in the white space and select "Paste" in the menu.
