Setup and Installation (Summarised)
- Review safety guidelines in the manual.
- Install using installed side panels and bolts, see manual section “Motion Platform Installation” (Installation Video).
- Connect power and USB, plug platform into PC. Turn on power via the rocker switch on the front panel.
- Install Platform Manager Software from our Downloads Page and run the Install Wizard. Once installed, the action centre in Platform Manager will prompt calibration and set-up needed on initial start-up.
- Once all items in the action centre have been resolved; activate the Game Profile you would like to utilise with your Motion Platform.

- What is the maximum supported weight? Up to 130 kg (285 lb) Seat and User weight combined.

- Where can I get software and firmware? The Software is available from the official Next Level Racing Support Downloads page; serial number required [Downloads Page]. The Firmware for your unit is available through the Platform Manager Software.

Troubleshooting Highlights
- Not recognized by PC: Ensure power and USB are securely connected, ensure the USB Port is clear from debris, attempt using a different USB cord. If still not recognized, please reach out to our Motion Support Team (motion.support@nextlevelracing.com).
- Jerky motion: Reduce your Profile’s Sharpness parameters inside Platform Manager.
- Firmware update failure: Retry via Platform Manager; contact support if persistent (motion.support@nextlevelracing.com).
- No Motion: Test with no Telemetry reading programs running in the background (close through Task Manager - CTRL + SHFT + ESC). If motion resumes, you will need to set-up UDP Proxy/Forwarder; steps can be found in PLATFORM MANAGER à HELP & TUTORIALS à 4th SECTION DOWN.
